Wow, we are bloggers- Just like that. I decided to create one of these things finally and it was surprisingly easy. There Dave, you can quit bugging me now about whether I have a blog or not. It is kind of funny in a way to write a journal that possibly nobody might read. However, i have a couple of ideas for this blog that you might find interesting and might actually like to follow. One thing I want to get right out into the open is that I am not a good speller, so please have some grace for me there.
I plan to try and use it to keep up with family and friends as well as a tool to communicate all that my family will be experiencing with our current adoption from China. You see, we are adopting a boy who is 2 years old from China and we hope to travel there before the end of the year to complete it and bring him home.
I have been reading other adoption blogs and have found them fascinating as you follow the adventures (Ups and downs) of other families that have decided to adopt a perfect stranger from another country half way around the world and give them a loving and permanent home where they will be loved unconditionally for the rest of their lives.
There, that is my first entry and was really kind of fun.

Now the hard part with these things is to KEEP IT UP! You can do it! Fight "Blog-Block!"
You go Joe's!

Welcom to blog world. I'm impressed that you actually did it. I agree with Ceci - the hard part is updating it. Hopefully you can do a great job of updating it - just like I do on my blog.
Dave
Best of Luck to you! Are you going to Guangzhou?? If you are, stay at the White Swan Hotel and go to the Cantonese market, you'll never forget it.
Blessings,
Troy West
